The Windows tablet, Galaxy TabPro S from Samsung was launched last year. Samsung had borrowed a number of ideas put forward by Microsoft’s Surface line of tablets in order to improve the performance of the device. In a recent announcement, Samsung announced that they are planning to launch two new tablets in the line that will feature more improvements than the previous model.

The new devices, named Galaxy Book 12 and Galaxy Book 10, will run on Windows 10 OS and it will come with keyboard cases and styli. In addition to that, both of the models will be slim and they will have aluminum casing designs. The officials from Samsung also confirmed that the models would be available to users in LTE and Wi-Fi models.

The Galaxy Book 10 tablet will have a 1920 x 1280-pixel LCD display with a screen size of 10.6 inches and it will be equipped with a high-speed Intel Core M3 processor. On the other hand, Galaxy Book 12 tablet will have a 12-inch Super AMOLED HDR display and it will feature the fanless Core i5 processor from Intel.

It is evident that the Galaxy Book 12 tablet would be the better model when we take a brief look at the specifications of the tablets. Many experts also predict that Galaxy Book 12 tablet has a much better camera, interface, and performance than Galaxy Book 10 tablet. However, both the models will have more than a few similarities too.

Galaxy Book 12 and Galaxy Book 10 will contain two Type-C charging ports and they will have an incredible battery life of more than 10 hours. In addition to that, the tablet manufacturers have also promised that both the models will also have fast charging features.

It is significant to note that Samsung has dramatically improved their keyboard case from last year. The new keyboard case looks promising with the much-improved backlighting, island-style keycaps, and key travel features. Additionally, the track pad is also approximately 50% larger than the one, which was included in the TabPro S.

The S Pen that comes in the box with these new Samsung tablets supports more than 4,000 levels of pressure sensitivity and does not have to be charged. Users can use the S Pen to draw, capture screenshots, and to take down notes as and how they like. However, the downside is that there is no place to keep the S Pen on either of the tablet models.
